I'm Always Surprised by Customers

Guy walks up to the counter, "Give me one of those cold, strong coffees... with a little bit of milk, and the ice."
"A coffee over ice with room for milk?", I respond.
"NO! The strong coffee that drips" he says, clearly agitated.
"Oh, an iced latte?", I said hopefuly.
"I don't know what you call here! It's milk, ice and strong coffee that drips out of that machine!", as he said this he gestured over to my espresso machine. I immediately realized he wanted an iced latte.
"I'm sorry", I said. "There's just a lot of different ways you can make milk, ice and coffee... that drips."
He got pissed at me?
